  1. Prepare the Buttermilk Cinnamon Pancake Mix according to package directions. Make 8 small pancakes.

  2. Slice the fruit into small pieces. Arrange on top of the pancakes.

  3. Serve with sugar-free syrup and nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
