- 1 packet(s) Medi-Weightloss® Buttermilk Cinnamon Pancake Mix
- 1 Tbsp All Whites®, liquid
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- ⅓ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp fat-free cream cheese
- 1 packet(s) Splenda® Naturals Stevia Sweetener
Directions

Heat nonstick pan on medium low. Spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.

Whisk together all pancake ingredients in a bowl.

Pour half of the mixture into the heated skillet and cook until golden, flipping once.

Repeat with remaining mixture.

While pancakes cool, prepare icing by combining Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and stevia.

Top pancakes with icing. Enjoy!
