Ingredients
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop(s) Medi-Weightloss® Lemon Meringue Premium Protein
- ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ¼ tsp xanthan gum
- 2 cube(s) ice
Directions

Blend protein, blueberries, ice cubes, and almond milk until smooth.

Pour into electric stand mixer with whisk attachment and add xanthan gym.

Whisk for 6-8 minutes until mixture gains volume.

Eat immediately!
Notes
Garnish with fresh lemon zest (optional). This makes a large serving but does not freeze well. Enjoy it all or share with a friend!
