Ingredients
- 24 oz flank steak
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 Tbsp , chopped basil, fresh
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, reduced-fat, grated
Directions

Trim fat from flank steak and lay flat.

Spread on garlic, and top with parsley, basil, and Parmesan.

Roll flank steak, and tightly cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Remove plastic wrap and cut flank steak into 6 (4-oz) pinwheels.

Place a skewer in each pinwheel and cook as desired (grilling recommended).
