Ingredients
- 10 oz cooked shrimp
- ⅓ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup(s) chopped tomato
- ½ medium peeled, chopped cucumber(s)
- ½ medium (chopped) green bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped onions
- ¼ cup cilantro
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Directions

Cut up the shrimp into small pieces then add to a large mixing bowl and pour the lime juice over top.

Add the tomato, cucumber, green pepper, onion, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Begin to assemble your containers. Wait to add the avocado until right before you eat the dish.
