Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups low sodium vegetable broth
- ¼ cup(s) water
- 1 15-oz can pumpkin
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 3 tsp Tabasco® sauce
- ½ cup(s) unsweetened almond milk
Directions

In a medium saucepan, sauté onion until softened.

Add broth, water, pumpkin, and applesauce, stirring until smooth.

Add curry powder and Tabasco®, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix in almond milk and remove from heat.
