- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup(s) unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Scoop Signature Spiced Pumpkin Pie Premium Protein Supplement
Directions
Mix chia seeds, almond milk, pumpkin puree, and protein powder, and spice in a bowl. Let stand at least 5 minutes.
