Ingredients
- 1 15-oz can pumpkin
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp Splenda® brown sugar blend
- 3 Tbsp butter, unsalted
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ cup pecans
- 1½ packets Splenda®
- 2 scoop(s) Medi-Weightloss® Vanilla Premium Protein

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, mix the pumpkin, egg, Splenda® brown sugar blend, 2 Tbsp margarine, 1 scoop of Premium Protein, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.

Pour the ingredients into a small casserole dish.

In another bowl, combine the pecans, remaining margarine, Splenda®, and remaining Premium Protein. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture.

Bake 15 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
