Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup sliced strawberries
- 1 tsp Splenda® granulated
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 bar Luscious Lemon Shortbread Protein Bar
Directions
Mix cornstarch and lemon juice. Pour over fruit, add sweetener, and mix. Divide fruit mixture into four small ramekins. Blend protein bar until crumbs form. Mix crumbs with almond flour and coconut oil. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of ramekins. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
