Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese
- 6 oz Greek Yogurt, Plain 0% Fat
- 2 Tbsp egg substitute, liquid, fat free
- 1 scoop(s) Medi-Weightloss® Lemon Meringue Premium Protein
- 2 Tbsp Splenda® granulated
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 bar Luscious Lemon Shortbread Protein Bar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, blend protein bars until crumbs form. Mix crumbs with coconut oil and press into a 7 x 11 pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 7-9 minutes until golden. Cool at least 10 minutes. Prepare the filling by blending cream cheese, yogurt, egg whites, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla for 3 minutes. Spread over crust. Bake 15-17 minutes until set. Cool 20 minutes. Refrigerate one hour before serving. Cut into twelve bars.
