Ingredients
- 5 pound(s) boneless low sodium ham
- 3½ oz Diet Coke®
- ¼ cup crushed, sliced, or chunks canned pineapple in water
Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Remove excess fat from ham.

Place the ham in an oven roasting bag, then place bag in a roasting pan.

Pour the diet cola and pineapple over the ham.

Remove as much air as possible and seal bag.

Poke a few holes on top of the bag to release steam while cooking and bake 1½-2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.

Drain excess juice, slice, and serve.
