Ingredients
- 16 medium spears asparagus
- 2 cup sliced white mushrooms
- 2 tsp Rosemary Sprigs
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash ground black pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a bowl, toss the asparagus, mushrooms, avocado oil, and rosemary, until evenly coated.

Spread vegetables on sheet and salt and pepper to taste.

Roast 15 minutes or until tender.
