Ingredients

  • 16 medium spears asparagus
  • 2 cup sliced white mushrooms
  • 2 tsp Rosemary Sprigs
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. In a bowl, toss the asparagus, mushrooms, avocado oil, and rosemary, until evenly coated.

  3. Spread vegetables on sheet and salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Roast 15 minutes or until tender.
