Rochelle Collins, D.O.
Medical Director
Dr. Rochelle L. Collins, Medical Director at the Wethersfield office, graduated in 2001 from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY. She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University in affiliation with Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, NY.
Dr. Collins is currently affiliated with Hartford Hospital and their Physicians Organization, Connecticut Medical Society, American Academy of Family Physicians and an American Board of Family Practice Diplomat. She also serves on the Board of Directors of CT Academy of Family Physicians.
