Nicole Balkcom, RN joined the Medi Weightloss® team back in 2013 as a Program Coordinator. In 2016 she moved back to her hometown of Trinity, Florida to attend the nursing program at Rasmussen College. She graduated Rasmussen College in 2018 as a Registered Nurse. After Graduating, she worked as an RN on the Ortho/Spine floor at Medical Center of Trinity. Soon after an opportunity arose to rejoin the Medi-Weightloss® team in 2019 to open a clinic in her hometown area. Nicole is the Operations Manager at the Clearwater location, and is dedicated to improving the health of her patients and her passion lies in preventative medicine. Her goal is to make sure we are offering a welcoming and happy environment for our patients to feel at home during their journey to wellness. During Nicole’s time away from the office, she enjoys spending her time with her family and friends. And is passionate about travel; her favorite cities include Rhode Island, New York, and Nashville! She is a huge Disney, and Lightning fan!

Treasure is a Medical Assistant who has a passion for what she does. She has been with Medi-Weightloss®, Clearwater since November 2021. Treasure loves encouraging her patients and helping them stay motivated to lose weight. She is originally from Detroit, Michigan and has also lived in Macon, Georgia. In her free time, Treasure enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her children.

Sabrina has worked as the Program Coordinator at the Medi-Weightloss® clinic of Clearwater since Dec 2021. She initially came to the location as a client, but was thrilled to join our team to help others on their weight loss journey. She has over 6 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has pursued her passion for patient care by working as a Medical Assistant, in addition to Medical Biller, and Office Manager. Sabrina was raised in Florida and loves all of the activities that the Tampa Bay area has to offer, both indoors and out. You will frequently find her at the beach or the pool, fishing, kayaking, and rooting for the Tampa Bay Lightning. Go Bolts!

My name is Gabriella Ruskin. I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner and I have been serving to better the healthcare of our community since 2015. I have specialized in cardiology in the acute-care setting and am pleased to provide preventative medicine, lifestyle counseling, and weight loss options at Medi-Weightloss Clinic. I began my pre-nursing journey at Florida State University and concluded graduate school at The University of Tampa, where I graduated with honors and surplus practicum hours.
