Roast Beef Pickle Stacks

Ingredients

  • 1 bag(s) Medi-Weightloss® Cheddar and Onion Protein Chips
  • 12 oz sliced Deli Roast Beef
  • 4 Tbsp fat-free sour cream
  • ½ tsp Horseradish
  • 12 mini whole dill pickles

Directions

  1. At the deli, ask for 1oz slices of roast beef or weigh and portion at home.

  2. In small bowl, combine sour cream and horseradish.

  3. Place 1oz roast beef on 12 protein chips. Top with a dollop of sour cream mixture and a pickle.
