Ingredients
- 12 oz ground chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, raw
- 1 Tbsp , chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- ½ cup chopped spinach, raw
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp feta cheese, fat-free, crumbles
- 1 medium sliced tomato
- ½ cup mashed avocado
- 4 leaves butter lettuce
Directions

Prepare either a grill or a grill pan and set to high heat.

Mix the ground chicken with the seasonings, spinach, feta cheese, and lime juice until well combined.

Form the chicken into 4 burgers. Grill the burgers for about 5 minutes each side, or until juices run clear.

Serve with mashed avocado, lettuce, and tomato.
