Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (in shell)
- 1½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Rosemary Sprigs
- 1 tsp salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 170 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl until pumpkin seeds are completely covered.

Spread the seasoned seeds on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

Allow to cool prior to enjoying!
Notes
Use raw unshelled seeds. For an extra punch, add more seasoning to the seeds after they are removed from the oven. These are a great crunchy salad addition!
