Ingredients
- 10 oz (shredded) roasted chicken breast
- 2 oz fat-free cream cheese
- ½ cup(s) nonfat Greek yogurt (plain)
- ¼ cup Frank's RedHot® Original
- 1 oz crumbles reduced fat blue cheese
- ¼ cup chopped scallions
- 3 bag(s) Medi-Weightloss® Cheddar and Onion Protein Chips
Directions

In a bowl, mix together chicken breast, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and hot sauce.

Spoon 1 Tbsp of the mixture into the well of each chip.

Sprinkle blue cheese and scallions on top.

Note: If you want to save some time, use store bought pre-cooked or canned chicken breast!
