Ingredients

  • 10 oz (shredded) roasted chicken breast
  • 2 oz fat-free cream cheese
  • ½ cup(s) nonfat Greek yogurt (plain)
  • ¼ cup Frank's RedHot® Original
  • 1 oz crumbles reduced fat blue cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped scallions
  • 3 bag(s) Medi-Weightloss® Cheddar and Onion Protein Chips

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together chicken breast, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and hot sauce.

  2. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the mixture into the well of each chip.

  3. Sprinkle blue cheese and scallions on top.

Note: If you want to save some time, use store bought pre-cooked or canned chicken breast!
