  1. Preheat convection oven to 350 degrees F; prep 12-cavity brownie bar pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Mix Medi-Weightloss® Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal and baking powder together in a bowl and set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites, water, and almond milk.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; whisk until well combined.

  5. Divide batter evenly into 6 brwonie cavities.

  6. Bake in convection oven for 15 minutes, or until tops are puffed, tan, and you can insert toothpick into center and it comes out clean and dry.
