- 4 oz Greek Yogurt, Plain 0% Fat

Cut protein bar into slices.

Place the yogurt in a dessert glass, then top with protein bar and whipped topping.

For a layered parfait: Place half the yogurt in a dessert glass, top with half of the protein bar slices, then repeat layers. Add whipped topping just before serving.
