Supreme Hoagie Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 2 oz fat-free cream cheese
  • ½ tsp Hidden Valley® Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 2 Tbsp , chopped Banana Pepper Rings (Pepperoncini)
  • 2 Tbsp diced canned pimento
  • ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ¾ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2½ Tbsp , sliced black olives
  • 4 oz sliced deli turkey breast
  • 4 oz sliced Deli Ham
  • 4 oz sliced Deli Roast Beef
  • 8 egg thin(s) Crepini® Egg Thins with Cauliflower

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chopped banana peppers, and chopped pimentos.

  2. Finely chop tomatoes and set aside.

  3. To assemble roll-ups, evenly spread 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture onto the egg thin, then layer ½oz each of turkey, ham, and roast beef on top.

  4. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp shredded lettuce, 1 Tbsp chopped tomato, and 1 tsp sliced black olives on top of the deli meat.

  5. Roll up the egg thin and slice on a bias.
