Egg white, tomato, and turkey bacon egg cups

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup eggs, whites only
  • ½ cup(s) chopped tomato
  • 3 slice(s) turkey bacon, raw
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Lightly spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.

  3. Chop turkey bacon.

  4. In a mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients.

  5. Pour equal amounts of mixture into each of the 6 muffin tins.

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes then remove from the oven.

  7. Allow the cups to cool then store in an airtight container for meal prep.
