Ingredients
- 1 bar Caramel Drizzle Crunch Protein Bar
- ½ tsp coconut oil
- ½ Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ Tbsp Chocolate Baking Chips – No Sugar Added
- ¼ oz (15 halves) pecans
- 1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt, Plain 0% Fat
- 1 Tbsp s Caramel Syrup (No sugar, No calorie)
Directions
Place protein bar in food processor and blend until crumbs form. Add coconut oil and mix well. Spray four mini-muffin tin cups with non-stick cooking spray, then press 2 teaspoons of the crust into each cup. Bake in a 300 degree oven four minutes, until edges begin to brown. Cool 10 minutes. Mix together Greek yogurt, caramel sauce, coconut, chocolate chips, and nuts. Spread the topping evenly over the four muffin cups. Bake 6-10 minutes until golden.
