Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp Splenda®
  • ¼ cup(s) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ½ Scoop Signature Spiced Pumpkin Pie Premium Protein Supplement

Directions

Mix almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, sweetener, almond milk, and coconut oil in a mug. Microwave 1-2 minutes until done.

Notes

Monk fruit may be substituted for Splenda. Spray with nonstick cooking spray if you would like to remove the cake from the mug.
