Ingredients
- 16 cherry tomatoe(s) cherry tomatoes
- 16 stalks green onion
- 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 clove Fresh Garlic
- 1 tsp ground basil, dried
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 dash Salt and Pepper

Cut a cross in the top of each cherry tomato. Use a spoon to gently scrape out the inside/tomato seeds.

Take a toothpick and make a hole on the other side the chive to fit through as the stem.

Finely chop or grate cucumber.

Mix cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped basil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into each tomato.

Prepare the tulip bouquet on a large plate or platter. Enjoy!
