Ingredients
- 3 scoop(s) Medi-Weightloss® Banana Cream Premium Protein
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 dash salt
- 3½ Tbsp sugar-free banana cream pudding
- 3 extra small (less than 6″ long) bananas
- ⅓ Tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup(s) water
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Coat muffin tin with nonstick spray.

Mix dry ingredients (except walnuts).

In a separate bowl, mash bananas, add egg, vanilla extract, and water.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing well and stir in walnuts.

Pour batter into muffin tin. Use an ice cream scoop for equally-sized muffins.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Let cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
