Ingredients

  • ½ cup slices radishes
  • ½ cup spring mix greens
  • 1 circular slice(s), 1″ thick x 7.5″ dia watermelon
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Cut watermelon into 8 small squares.

  2. Stack ingredients on top of watermelon squares and secure with a toothpick.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
