- ½ cup slices radishes
- ½ cup spring mix greens
- 1 circular slice(s), 1″ thick x 7.5″ dia watermelon
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Cut watermelon into 8 small squares.
